| 2011/05/12 | The president of Peking University Zhou Qifeng led a delegation of 25 members to visit the Preparatory Office of Dharma Drum University and discuss plans on future academic cooperation between the two schools. He also signed the “Dharma Drum Humanities Chair” agreement with the Abbot President Venerable Guodong, which aims to continuously promote the ideals of spiritual environmentalism and humanistic care for all. |

| 2011/01/29 | The “Let’s Meet Dharma Drum University vis-a-vis: University Experience Camp” was successfully held in the Meditation Hall of Dharma Drum Mountain. The Abbot President gave a welcome speech in the opening ceremony, University President Liu An-Chi delivered a keynote speech titled “Talented Leaders of the 21st century in DDU”, followed by introductions to each of the schools by Prof. Yang Pei, Chiang Min-Hsiu, Chen Chi-Nan, and Yu Yue-Hwa. The event, which drew 83 students in attendance, also featured two days of introduction to all the programs offered. |

| 2011/01/15 | The Dharma Drum University (DDU) Meditation Camp was successfully held in the Meditation Hall of Dharma Drum Mountain. Ven. Ji-Cheng led the camp, assisted by Ven. Chang-Hu. Forty-three people, including DDU trustees, faculty and staff, and volunteers, participated this event. |
